TRUST & DATA PRACTICES
This policy explains what information ByteU may receive, why it is used, and the choices available to learners and organizations.
Build a trusted training program ↗We may receive contact details, organization information, enrollment and assignment data, course activity, completion records, and messages sent to ByteU support.
Information supports account access, employer-sponsored assignments, course delivery, completion records, customer support, security, and service improvement.
When an employer funds training, relevant enrollment, assignment, progress, and completion information may be available to that employer or its authorized administrators.
We may use providers that help operate hosting, authentication, communications, learning delivery, and support. We do not sell personal information.
Information is retained as needed for learning records, contractual obligations, security, and legitimate business purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect it.
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some learning records may need to be retained for employer reporting, legal, or contractual reasons.
The site may use essential browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, and a device-local carrier cart. The cart does not contain payment-card information.
Questions may be sent to support@byte.university. This policy may be updated as ByteU evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page.
BUILD TRUST INTO THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE
