What is a cadet?

A cadet is an employee enrolled in ByteU by their telecom carrier. It is the learner role inside the ByteU experience; it does not change the person's job or employment relationship.

// 02

Who purchases ByteU training?

The telecom carrier or employer purchases training for its workforce. Cadets do not browse prices, make payments, or unlock additional courses on their own.

// 03

How long does a course take?

Most courses take 20–60 minutes. Every course page displays the estimated duration, intended audience, and practical outcomes before a carrier adds seats.

// 04

Can we assign different courses by role?

Yes. A support representative, compliance lead, manager, and network-operations employee can each receive a learning plan aligned to their responsibilities.

// 05

How do cadets receive access?

The carrier assigns purchased missions and provides a registration code or portal invitation. Cadets see only assigned learning; prices, cart controls, and checkout remain unavailable.

// 06

How do ships and fleets work?

Every telecom carrier begins with a home ship. As cadets complete missions and advance through connected learning paths, earned ships join the carrier's fleet as visible markers of progress.

// 07

Can ByteU help us choose courses?

Yes. Share your team size, job functions, risk priorities, and training goals. ByteU can help organize a practical starting package and rollout sequence.

// 08

Is ByteU legal advice?

No. ByteU provides professional education and awareness training. Organizations should work with qualified legal or compliance professionals for advice specific to their obligations.
