Bright accessible ByteU knowledge environment

ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT

Accessibility

Every cadet deserves a usable route.

ByteU is working toward an inclusive experience for people using keyboards, assistive technology, reduced-motion settings, zoom, and a range of screen sizes. This statement explains the current approach and how to report a barrier.

Our target

ByteU aims to align the public website and learning experience with WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles. This is a target and ongoing program, not a claim that every page or third-party service has completed formal conformance testing.

// A02

Current design practices

The experience includes semantic headings, descriptive links, image alternatives, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion behavior for major animations.

  • Keyboard navigation
  • Text alternatives
  • Reduced motion
  • Responsive reflow
// A03

Immersive motion

Space effects and ship animations are decorative enhancements. When a device requests reduced motion, ByteU reduces or removes major transitions so navigation and core information remain available.

// A04

Third-party experiences

Authentication, email, hosting, and other provider surfaces may have their own accessibility behavior. ByteU evaluates important user journeys and will work with providers or offer a reasonable alternative when possible.

Need another format?

If course or website information is difficult to access, contact ByteU with the page, task, assistive technology, and preferred format. We will use that context to investigate and provide reasonable support.
